They have years of experience, go the extra mile to make sure we are protected, and stay in contact on an annual basis for our reviews. The two auto claims we had were handled very quickly and professionally. We are thrilled we can have our auto, home, recreational vehicle, boat, accident/disability, and life insurance under one roof.   I highly recommend Ken Shields for anyone looking for an insurance agent. It is reassuring to be able to call and speak with someone when questions or concerns come up. I don't feel like I'm just a number on a phone Que waiting for a representative who isn't busy. Every time I call his office, my questions are answered right away, or they get back to me very quickly. Every encounter we have had with Ken or his office is always professional and courteous.
